In November 2017, the Ethiopia Data Use Partnership and the Ethiopian Federal Ministry of Health (MOH), conducted a co-creation workshop in Adama, Ethiopia that brought together more than 35 people from the different directorates of the MOH, regional health bureaus, and universities. Its purpose was to build consensus on rolling out the use of human-centered design (HCD), a key implementation strategy that DUP deployed to improve the use of quality data at all levels of the health system.
