Capacity building and mentorship for better information culture: a case study in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
The purpose of this case study was to understand the role of mentorship by trained mentors to improve quality and use of information for decision-making in the health facilities and to identify transferable lessons which can be used for improvement within the existing work and more broadly.
